Tahmoor recorded 388 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, up 13.1% from 343 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $610 a week and flats/units at $430. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $430; three-bedroom bonds $570. One-bedroom bonds sat at $400 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $670 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $430 and $670 a week. Fair Trading recorded 446 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $450 to $560 a week. Property offences totalled 129 and violent-related offences 139. Theft made up the largest published share (76 incidents, 20%). Next was Assault (74). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026. Some person-offence categories are not itemised here because suburb geography under-counts them.
