How Reviews Work

Enter the property address, suburb, or postcode to check if it already has reviews. Read existing ratings and experiences shared by previous renters.

Have you lived there? Share your experience honestly and factually to help future renters make informed decisions.

All reviews must be based on genuine first-hand experiences. False, misleading, or harmful content may be removed in accordance with our Content Guidelines.

You can sign in to your account or choose to post anonymously. Your privacy, your choice.

If you sign in, you can later edit or track your reviews as well.

BeforeYouRent does not independently verify every review. Reviews reflect the personal experiences of individual renters. We encourage balanced, factual, and respectful contributions.

If you believe a review is inaccurate, inappropriate, or violates our policies, you can report it. Our team will review and take action where necessary.

Property ratings are based on aggregated user reviews. Individual experiences may vary, and ratings should be considered alongside detailed review content.
