The building location is great, but we were on groundfloor, so no sunlight and damp rooms full of cockroaches. Even after pest control it didnt help, the agent did not give the condition report too.

Well maintained with overall rather quiet neighbors. Usually only DINK (some with quiet and well behaved dogs) or elderly people living here - no kids which makes it calm and tidy.
