The size of the rooms and balcony is quite spacious for a 100m2 flat but Building has drainage issues, water clogs in the balcony, bathrooms get water clogged every month a few days.

Perfectly silent, clean, great place to rent. Halls can get a little unclean but building managers are generally on-top of it.

The building location is great, but we were on groundfloor, so no sunlight and damp rooms full of cockroaches. Even after pest control it didnt help, the agent did not give the condition report too.

Good luck, landlord sucks and seeks money hungry , RE is good though. Solar hot water is broken and leaks, mold through all the aircon units and behind paint. Have fun!

Well maintained with overall rather quiet neighbors. Usually only DINK (some with quiet and well behaved dogs) or elderly people living here - no kids which makes it calm and tidy.
