TENANT/BUYER BEWARE, Unit 2 next door are some of the worst people you could ever meet. Public housing tenant that illegally sublets to their friend who has 6 dogs in a criminally small concrete courtyard. The smell of faeces will be unbearable as you unfortunately have to share a fence with them, and the dogs are clearly bored, destructive, and untrained. They bark whenever you go outside into your own courtyard and shake the fence, and have even torn a hole in the palings before and broken into the courtyard, defecating everywhere and intimidating residents. 4 of the dogs are from 2 of the dogs having puppies, and they have attempted to illegally sell these. However the dogs are all full grown now, and the poor things never get enrichment or exercise. The owner is an aggressive selfish irresponsible woman who has had police called on her multiple times for causing violent fights and public disturbances, and the boyfriends she has had living there are also dangerous. Expect multiple stolen cars parked outside the front. One of the tenants living at Unit 2 has even intentionally crashed their car into another car parked at Unit 2 in a fit of rage, and it then spun out across the stress and the offender decamped. There has also been a stabbing incident at this unit, and weed smell is also prominent. Multiple reports have been made to the relevant governing bodies and unfortunately it seems these scumbags are able to keep getting away with being lousy human beings. Rental agents or property managers don’t seem to care as long as you’re paying rent, and can’t do anything about it. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! You will regret it
