Disappointing experience with the property and landlord I lived in this apartment from November 2025 until September 2026. While Cremorne Point is a lovely location, the apartment itself is quite dated, particularly the kitchen. There is no dedicated parking, so residents must rely on street parking. In my opinion, the rental price did not reflect the overall condition and amenities provided. Unfortunately, my biggest disappointment was my experience with the landlord. I experienced ongoing issues regarding gas billing and the handling of my rental bond. At the end of my tenancy, $790 remained outstanding, pending a final utility bill. Due to concerns about the handling of my bond and the unresolved financial matters, I submitted a complaint to NSW Fair Trading. The matter is still ongoing. I would strongly encourage prospective tenants to carefully inspect the property, clarify utility billing arrangements, and ensure their rental bond is properly lodged with NSW Rental Bonds Online. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this property.
