These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $595 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $650 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $540 and $700 a week. Fair Trading recorded 57 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $488 to $590 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 22 and violent-related offences 9. Drug offences made up the largest published share (12 incidents, 26%). Next was Theft (11). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026. Some person-offence categories are not itemised here because suburb geography under-counts them.
