Half of new bonds sat between $730 and $1,375 a week. Fair Trading recorded 225 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $950 to $1,100 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 142 and violent-related offences 102. Theft made up the largest published share (109 incidents, 35%). Next was Assault (41). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
