Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 19 and violent-related offences 12. Theft made up the largest published share (14 incidents, 39%). Next was Malicious damage to property (5). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026.
