These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $1,375 a week and flats/units at $810. Townhouse bonds sat at $1,400 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $850; three-bedroom bonds $1,250. One-bedroom bonds sat at $680 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $1,450 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $720 and $1,300 a week. Fair Trading recorded 492 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $670 to $950 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 14 and violent-related offences 11. Theft made up the largest published share (11 incidents, 32%). Next was Intimidation, stalking and harassment (3). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
