Belrose recorded 215 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, up 15.0% from 187 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $1,450 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $712; three-bedroom bonds $1,238. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $1,562 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $948 and $1,600 a week. Fair Trading recorded 112 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $1,060 to $1,375 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 135 and violent-related offences 52. Theft made up the largest published share (109 incidents, 51%). Next was Intimidation, stalking and harassment (25). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026.
