Cecil Park recorded 29 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 27.5% from 40 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $850 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $1,000 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $642 and $1,100 a week. Fair Trading recorded 36 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $560 to $785 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 16 and violent-related offences 10. Theft made up the largest published share (8 incidents, 28%). Next was Assault (7). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026.
