Elizabeth Hills is a NSW suburb in Liverpool LGA, matched to postcode 2171 — also covering Carnes Hill, Cecil Hills, Horningsea Park and nearby localities. New rental bonds in that postcode had a median weekly rent of $768 in 2025, up 2.4% from $750 in 2024. That is about 10% above the NSW median of $695. Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Elizabeth Hills recorded 49 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, unchanged from 49 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $780 a week and flats/units at $455. Townhouse bonds sat at $680 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $500; three-bedroom bonds $700. One-bedroom bonds sat at $450 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $800 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $680 and $850 a week. Fair Trading recorded 539 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $570 to $768 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 27 and violent-related offences 11. Theft made up the largest published share (19 incidents, 39%). Next was Malicious damage to property (8). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
