These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $650 a week and flats/units at $440. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 98 and violent-related offences 85. Theft made up the largest published share (74 incidents, 30%). Next was Against justice procedures (41). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
