These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $900 a week and flats/units at $580. Half of new bonds sat between $600 and $990 a week. Fair Trading recorded 197 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $560 to $792 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 81 and violent-related offences 106. Intimidation, stalking and harassment made up the largest published share (50 incidents, 18%). Next was Assault (49). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
