Townhouse bonds sat at $880 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $760; three-bedroom bonds $880. One-bedroom bonds sat at $660 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $1,050 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $650 and $860 a week. Fair Trading recorded 1,610 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $500 to $760 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Transport regulatory offences were 521 (44% of the total); excluding them, the count is 661. Fare and parking enforcement can move that category independently of neighbourhood property or violent crime. Transport regulatory offences made up the largest published share (521 incidents, 44%).
