That is about 22% above the NSW median of $695. Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Beecroft recorded 144 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 1.4% from 146 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $1,000 a week and flats/units at $660. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $800; three-bedroom bonds $950. One-bedroom bonds sat at $640 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $1,100 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $650 and $1,020 a week. Fair Trading recorded 193 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $640 to $850 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 71 and violent-related offences 46. Theft made up the largest published share (62 incidents, 43%). Next was Assault (24). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026.
