These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $458 a week. Fair Trading recorded 74 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $350 to $450 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 15 and violent-related offences 7. Malicious damage to property made up the largest published share (8 incidents, 28%). Next was Theft (7). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026.
