Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 24 and violent-related offences 11. Theft made up the largest published share (17 incidents, 45%). Next was Assault (7). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
