These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $560 a week and flats/units at $435. Townhouse bonds sat at $545 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $450; three-bedroom bonds $550. One-bedroom bonds sat at $340 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $650 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $480 and $630 a week. Fair Trading recorded 1,337 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $450 to $550 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 72 and violent-related offences 49. Theft made up the largest published share (47 incidents, 33%). Next was Assault (25). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
