Wentworth Falls recorded 173 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 10.8% from 194 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $650 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $520; three-bedroom bonds $630. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $750 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $560 and $740 a week. Fair Trading recorded 97 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $500 to $650 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 75 and violent-related offences 47. Theft made up the largest published share (50 incidents, 29%). Next was Malicious damage to property (23). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026.
