Upper Tooloom is a NSW suburb in Kyogle LGA, matched to postcode 2475 — also covering Beaury Creek, Tooloom, Urbenville and nearby localities. Postcode 2475 did not have enough new bonds with a known rent in the latest year to quote a median (Fair Trading cells need at least 10 known weekly rents). Upper Tooloom recorded 0 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. Fair Trading recorded 10 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. A zero count can mean a very small residential footprint or no incidents coded to this suburb name. The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026. Some person-offence categories are not itemised here because suburb geography under-counts them. Do not rank this suburb as more or less dangerous from the raw incident total. Until population is joined, a high count can simply mean more people, more visitors, or more policing. Read the charts as a snapshot of new leases and recorded incidents, not a live listing feed or a ranking of how safe a suburb is.
