Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 7 and violent-related offences 18. Intimidation, stalking and harassment made up the largest published share (9 incidents, 24%). Next was Assault (8). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
