Tomalla is a NSW suburb in Mid-Coast LGA, matched to postcode 2337 — also covering Belltrees, Brawboy, Bunnan and nearby localities. New rental bonds in that postcode had a median weekly rent of $500 in 2025, up 2.0% from $490 in 2024. That is about 28% below the NSW median of $695. Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Tomalla recorded 1 criminal incident in the 12 months to March 2026. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $550 a week and flats/units at $390. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $410; three-bedroom bonds $530. One-bedroom bonds sat at $265 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $650 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $400 and $580 a week. Fair Trading recorded 218 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $330 to $500 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Counts this small swing easily from year to year and should not be read as a trend on their own. Property offences: 0. Violent-related offences: 0. The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
