Fair Trading recorded 120 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $330 to $450 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Counts this small swing easily from year to year and should not be read as a trend on their own. Property offences: 1. Violent-related offences: 1.
