These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $888 a week and flats/units at $620. Townhouse bonds sat at $778 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $665; three-bedroom bonds $820. One-bedroom bonds sat at $480 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $1,000 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $620 and $900 a week. Fair Trading recorded 349 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $530 to $750 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 150 and violent-related offences 71. Theft made up the largest published share (130 incidents, 38%). Next was Transport regulatory offences (66). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
