Half of new bonds sat between $742 and $1,350 a week. Fair Trading recorded 415 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $720 to $985 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 97 and violent-related offences 38. Theft made up the largest published share (82 incidents, 52%). Next was Assault (16). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
