Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 130 and violent-related offences 42. Theft made up the largest published share (99 incidents, 46%). Next was Malicious damage to property (29). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
