Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 31 and violent-related offences 32. Theft made up the largest published share (19 incidents, 19%). Next was Intimidation, stalking and harassment (16). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
