Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Pimlico recorded 50 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $800 a week and flats/units at $600. Townhouse bonds sat at $780 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $600; three-bedroom bonds $780. One-bedroom bonds sat at $428 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $900 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $625 and $870 a week. Fair Trading recorded 1,001 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $600 to $770 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 39 and violent-related offences 5. Theft made up the largest published share (33 incidents, 66%). Next was Against justice procedures (5). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
