Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 339 and violent-related offences 124. Theft made up the largest published share (293 incidents, 48%). Next was Assault (66). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
