Narwee is a NSW suburb in Canterbury-Bankstown LGA, matched to postcode 2209 — also covering Beverly Hills. New rental bonds in that postcode had a median weekly rent of $690 in 2025, up 4.5% from $660 in 2024. That is close to the NSW median of $695. Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Narwee recorded 335 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 15.2% from 395 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $825 a week and flats/units at $600. Townhouse bonds sat at $810 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $615; three-bedroom bonds $800. One-bedroom bonds sat at $415 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $950 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $580 and $850 a week. Fair Trading recorded 419 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $475 to $690 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 91 and violent-related offences 90. Theft made up the largest published share (76 incidents, 23%). Next was Transport regulatory offences (73). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
