Mount Kuring-Gai recorded 44 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 27.9% from 61 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $718 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $620 and $850 a week. Fair Trading recorded 17 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $610 to $700 a week. The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026. Some person-offence categories are not itemised here because suburb geography under-counts them. Do not rank this suburb as more or less dangerous from the raw incident total. Until population is joined, a high count can simply mean more people, more visitors, or more policing.
