Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Milroy (Mid-Western Regional) recorded 7 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $600 a week and flats/units at $430. Townhouse bonds sat at $565 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $450; three-bedroom bonds $570. One-bedroom bonds sat at $340 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $680 a week. Counts this small swing easily from year to year and should not be read as a trend on their own. Property offences: 2. Violent-related offences: 0. The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
