Medlow Bath recorded 34 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 8.1% from 37 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $600 a week and flats/units at $420. Townhouse bonds sat at $650 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $500; three-bedroom bonds $610. One-bedroom bonds sat at $350 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $750 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $470 and $650 a week. Fair Trading recorded 426 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $450 to $575 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 18 and violent-related offences 7. Theft made up the largest published share (13 incidents, 38%). Next was Malicious damage to property (5). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
