These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $600 a week and flats/units at $472. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 18 and violent-related offences 21. Against justice procedures made up the largest published share (16 incidents, 24%). Next was Theft (15). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
