Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 41 and violent-related offences 50. Theft made up the largest published share (28 incidents, 20%). Next was Intimidation, stalking and harassment (26). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
