Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Farmborough Heights recorded 93 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, up 9.4% from 85 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $720 a week and flats/units at $500. Townhouse bonds sat at $720 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $520; three-bedroom bonds $700. One-bedroom bonds sat at $450 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $800 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $570 and $800 a week. Fair Trading recorded 321 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $500 to $700 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 35 and violent-related offences 35. Theft made up the largest published share (26 incidents, 28%). Next was Assault (11). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
