These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $625 a week and flats/units at $420. Townhouse bonds sat at $570 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $440; three-bedroom bonds $600. One-bedroom bonds sat at $320 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $670 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $415 and $640 a week. Fair Trading recorded 870 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $400 to $520 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 7 and violent-related offences 5. Drug offences made up the largest published share (7 incidents, 25%). Next was Against justice procedures (6). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
