Elanora Heights is a NSW suburb in Northern Beaches LGA, matched to postcode 2101 — also covering Ingleside, Narrabeen, Narrabeen Peninsula and nearby localities. New rental bonds in that postcode had a median weekly rent of $870 in 2025, up 8.8% from $800 in 2024. That is about 25% above the NSW median of $695. Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Elanora Heights recorded 48 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 5.9% from 51 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $1,200 a week and flats/units at $800. Townhouse bonds sat at $972 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $850; three-bedroom bonds $1,250. One-bedroom bonds sat at $650 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $1,562 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $730 and $1,100 a week. Fair Trading recorded 553 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $680 to $870 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 24 and violent-related offences 17. Theft made up the largest published share (21 incidents, 44%). Next was Intimidation, stalking and harassment (9). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
