Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Cedar Creek (Cessnock) recorded 3 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $550 a week and flats/units at $450. Townhouse bonds sat at $510 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $460; three-bedroom bonds $550. One-bedroom bonds sat at $310 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $630 a week. Counts this small swing easily from year to year and should not be read as a trend on their own. Property offences: 2. Violent-related offences: 1.
