Millfield is a NSW suburb in Central Coast (NSW) LGA, matched to postcode 2325 — also covering Aberdare, Abernethy, Bellbird and nearby localities. New rental bonds in that postcode had a median weekly rent of $530 in 2025, up 8.2% from $490 in 2024. That is about 24% below the NSW median of $695. Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Millfield recorded 38 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 11.6% from 43 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $550 a week and flats/units at $450. Townhouse bonds sat at $510 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $460; three-bedroom bonds $550. One-bedroom bonds sat at $310 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $630 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $460 and $600 a week. Fair Trading recorded 1,134 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $370 to $530 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 12 and violent-related offences 13. Theft made up the largest published share (8 incidents, 21%). Next was Against justice procedures (7). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
