Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 40 and violent-related offences 3. Theft made up the largest published share (33 incidents, 60%). Next was Malicious damage to property (7). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
