Badgerys Creek is a NSW suburb in Penrith LGA, matched to postcode 2555. Postcode 2555 did not have enough new bonds with a known rent in the latest year to quote a median (Fair Trading cells need at least 10 known weekly rents). Badgerys Creek recorded 20 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 16.7% from 24 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. Fair Trading recorded 1 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Property offences totalled 14 and violent-related offences 4. Theft made up the largest published share (10 incidents, 50%). Next was Intimidation, stalking and harassment (3). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026. Some person-offence categories are not itemised here because suburb geography under-counts them. Do not rank this suburb as more or less dangerous from the raw incident total. Until population is joined, a high count can simply mean more people, more visitors, or more policing. Read the charts as a snapshot of new leases and recorded incidents, not a live listing feed or a ranking of how safe a suburb is. A useful reading is to hold property and violent-related incidents in one hand and the postcode rent median in the other, without forcing them into a single score.
