Alison (Central Coast) is a NSW suburb in Cessnock LGA, matched to postcode 2259 — also covering Bushells Ridge, Cedar Brush Creek, Chain Valley Bay and nearby localities. That postcode was the best available match among several, so treat the rent figures as indicative. Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Alison (Central Coast) recorded 15 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $680 a week and flats/units at $475. Townhouse bonds sat at $570 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $490; three-bedroom bonds $600. One-bedroom bonds sat at $380 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $750 a week. Counts this small swing easily from year to year and should not be read as a trend on their own. Property offences: 7. Violent-related offences: 1. The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
