Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $220; three-bedroom bonds $305. One-bedroom bonds sat at $170 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $178 and $295 a week. Fair Trading recorded 59 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $190 to $230 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 8 and violent-related offences 0. Drug offences made up the largest published share (22 incidents, 71%). Next was Theft (8). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026.
