Rental reviews in Willow Tree, NSW 2339

Willow Tree is a NSW suburb in Liverpool Plains LGA, matched to postcode 2339 — also covering Big Jacks Creek, Braefield, Cattle Creek and nearby localities. Postcode 2339 did not have enough new bonds with a known rent in the latest year to quote a median (Fair Trading cells need at least 10 known weekly rents). Willow Tree recorded 25 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 19.4% from 31 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. Fair Trading recorded 7 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 6 and violent-related offences 9. Intimidation, stalking and harassment made up the largest published share (5 incidents, 20%). Next was Theft (5). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026. Some person-offence categories are not itemised here because suburb geography under-counts them. Do not rank this suburb as more or less dangerous from the raw incident total. Until population is joined, a high count can simply mean more people, more visitors, or more policing.
