Willmot is a NSW suburb in Blacktown LGA, matched to postcode 2770 — also covering Bidwill, Blackett, Dharruk and nearby localities. New rental bonds in that postcode had a median weekly rent of $500 in 2025, unchanged from $500 in 2024. That is about 28% below the NSW median of $695. Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Willmot recorded 297 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, up 7.2% from 277 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $530 a week and flats/units at $450. Townhouse bonds sat at $600 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $450; three-bedroom bonds $530. One-bedroom bonds sat at $350 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $650 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $450 and $580 a week. Fair Trading recorded 1,793 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $350 to $500 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 89 and violent-related offences 122. Assault made up the largest published share (54 incidents, 18%). Next was Intimidation, stalking and harassment (52). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
