These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $480 a week and flats/units at $300. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $320; three-bedroom bonds $450. One-bedroom bonds sat at $260 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $520 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $350 and $500 a week. Fair Trading recorded 120 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $330 to $450 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Counts this small swing easily from year to year and should not be read as a trend on their own. Property offences: 2. Violent-related offences: 2. The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
