Wallacia is a NSW suburb in Wollondilly LGA, matched to postcode 2745 — also covering Glenmore Park, Greendale, Luddenham and nearby localities. New rental bonds in that postcode had a median weekly rent of $700 in 2025, up 1.4% from $690 in 2024. That is close to the NSW median of $695. Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Wallacia recorded 69 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, up 56.8% from 44 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $750 a week and flats/units at $600. Townhouse bonds sat at $600 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $580; three-bedroom bonds $650. One-bedroom bonds sat at $450 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $800 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $620 and $800 a week. Fair Trading recorded 612 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $535 to $700 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 27 and violent-related offences 18. Theft made up the largest published share (18 incidents, 26%). Next was Against justice procedures (11). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
