Upper Corindi recorded 26 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 3.7% from 27 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $700 a week and flats/units at $500. Townhouse bonds sat at $572 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $530; three-bedroom bonds $650. One-bedroom bonds sat at $398 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $750 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $540 and $730 a week. Fair Trading recorded 433 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $510 to $650 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 9 and violent-related offences 4. Drug offences made up the largest published share (8 incidents, 31%). Next was Theft (4). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
